WHO WE ARE

Vince Vachio

Vince Vachio formed VSG Commerce™ (VSG)  in 2006 to focus on working with Direct to Consumer and B2B online prospects and clients looking to build and manage their web sites.  Vince’s goal is to align with companies who want a partnership over time and a firm who will assist in their next level of growth. Due to his unique background of both tech and marketing, he works to ensure that the business need is being solved in the best, most creative way.  He works closely with client leadership to make certain that the objectives of the project are met around scope, budget, and timeline.  He will meet regularly with the client team leader and steering committee to support project success and impact.  Prior to starting VSG Commerce, he was the Director of eBusiness at Newell Rubbermaid where from 2000 – 2006 his team launched over 175 Oracle Commerce/ATG sites to consumers, customers, suppliers and employees for such prominent brands as Rubbermaid, Sharpie, Papermate, Calphalon and Levolor.  In 2005, he was awarded the Premier 100 IT Leaders Award by Computerworld magazine.

 

Matt Lossau

Matt Lossau leads Managed Services and Quality Assurance for VSG Commerce.  With over 22 years of experience with ATG/Oracle Commerce in managed services, development and project management, Matt provides the technical expertise needed to lead teams designed to maximize B2B/B2C commerce capabilities.  Key areas of expertise for Matt include:  leadership, infrastructure, hosting, migrations, upgrades and support.  Matt functions as an extension of our client’s team focusing on creating, monitoring and supporting production environments as well as managing post launch programs to ensure that we help clients build a foundation for future growth.

 

Mardi Chapman

With over 20 years of experience with ATG/Oracle Commerce in development and project management, Mardi provides the leadership and technical expertise to lead our Implementation Services team and assist our clients in growing their businesses. Key areas of expertise for Mardi include: business and technical analysis, development, leadership and support. Mardi functions as a voice for our client’s focusing on creating, designing and developing environments on many platforms as well as managing the teams involved to ensure that we not only meet but exceed our clients’ expectations.

 

Mark Mintler

Mark leads our Creative Services team working as an advocate for our clients’ brands and helping them achieve the design goals that they have for their sites. He has over 20 years of experience in branding, web and UX design. Having designed solutions for clients across many verticals, including Healthcare, Travel, Fitness, Insurance, Finance, and others, Mark understands the nuances between customers within each industry. He works with our clients to support their brand while building a new user experience for their customers through creativity and best practices.
